Benefits Package

Full-time employees receive:

  • Retirement Savings Plan - Employee may contribute up to 12% of pay before taxes, BDTI contributes 3% of employee salary, immediate vesting
  • Paid Time Off Each Year
    Holiday - Eleven holidays
    Vacation - Ten days, for first two years, 15 days thereafter.
    Sick - 56 hours (Accrues from start date)
  • Health Coverage Plan
    Medical - PPO or HMO, BDTI pays 80% of premium for employee and dependents
    Dental and Vision - BDTI covers employees and dependents with a small deductible
  • Other BDTI Sponsored Perks
    Education/Job Training - Seminars, conferences, and course tuitions paid as appropriate to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Transit Subsidies - BDTI subsidizes fare for employees commuting via public transit
