BDTI Employee Benefits

Benefits for BDTI employees who work more than 20 hours per week include:

  • Retirement Savings Plan
    • Employee may contribute up to 25% of pay before taxes; BDTI contributes 3% of employee salary; vests immediately
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Per Year
    • Holidays: 11 holidays
    • Vacation: 10 days during first two years; 15 days thereafter
    • Sick time: 56 hours (accrues from start date)
  • Health Coverage Plan
    • Medical: PPO or HMO, BDTI pays 80% of premium for employee and dependents
    • Dental and Vision: BDTI covers employees and dependents with a small deductible
  • Other BDTI-Sponsored Benefits
    • Education/Job Training: Seminars, conferences, and course tuitions paid as appropriate to enhance employee knowledge and skills
    • Transit Subsidies: BDTI subsidizes fare for employees commuting via public transit
    • Professional Memberships: BDTI pays membership dues for one professional society per year
    • Disability and Life Insurance: BDTI covers full premium
