BDTI Employee Benefits
Benefits for BDTI employees who work more than 20 hours per week include:

Retirement Savings Plan
- Employee may contribute up to 25% of pay before taxes; BDTI contributes 3% of employee salary; vests immediately

Paid Time Off (PTO) Per Year
- Holidays: 11 holidays
- Vacation: 10 days during first two years; 15 days thereafter
- Sick time: 56 hours (accrues from start date)

- Medical: PPO or HMO, BDTI pays 80% of premium for employee and dependents
- Dental and Vision: BDTI covers employees and dependents with a small deductible
